“I wanted to challenge myself and put my sales skills to the test. I’ll bring a unique perspective as a seller, coming in with a CS background.” The journey from CS to AE 💭 Julie Mosley started her journey into Customer Success in 2020 at Qualia and in 2022 joined the team at Outreach, where her customers are now Sales Leaders. Working in various sides of CS over her career from implementation, to driving adoption, Julie owes a lot of her success to her academic knowledge. Not only do you need to know CS fundamentally but being able to speak the language of your customers is priceless.” She says the experience & exposure she’s had at Outreach has felt “like doing a course in Sales” naturally leading her to move into the AE role.
