1moHow do you do it? Your level of support is insane, even compared to companies with “good” support. When we were shutting down our tech platform, I had trouble finding what account Render was billing us through (turned out to be under a personal email). One of your reps made it her mission to hunt down the remaining $20/mo fee we were paying. I couldn’t believe her eagerness to help on such a relatively inconsequential amount of money.
