Retail Trend: Many brands have upped the ante on their "sales" I've noticed that instead of deals being "Buy 2 for $X.XX" they have now increased this by 50%-300% and now I see "Buy 4" or even "Buy 6" This trend is forcing consumers to purchase more to obtain the same savings.

Success at Retail is About Having the Right Products for the Right Customers Far too often retailers miss that all important with their customers. Spending some time on the selling floor ... talking with customers ... observing how they shop ... what they're looking (but can't find) ... understanding what they - and why ... This is priceless market information that can help retailers put the right merchandise in their stores. https://lnkd.in/g2BVtTns #retailmerchandising #productdevelopment #marketanalysis Inside Fashion
The Right Product for the Right Market is the Key to Driving Retail Sales If consumers don't like the product, they won't buy. Regardless of the price. The old days when retailers could simply lean into promotions are leaving the building. Today, smart brands are focusing on understanding what their customer want - and delivering on it. That is increasingly meaning better quality - in materials, workmanship and design. #fashiontrends #textiletrends #productdevelopment

#Retail refers to the sale of goods or services to consumers for their personal use rather than for resale. It encompasses a wide range of businesses, from small local shops to large chains and online stores. In retail, businesses typically purchase products from wholesalers or manufacturers and then sell them to #consumers at a markup. The retail industry is a vital part of the economy, providing employment opportunities and fulfilling consumer needs and desires. It's also an industry that has been heavily impacted by technological advancements, changing consumer preferences, and economic shifts.
