A graduate trainee program, often referred to as a graduate development program or management trainee program, is a structured, entry-level initiative offered by companies to recruit and develop recent graduates. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM FOR FRESH GRADUATES IN MNC, GLC, PUBLIC LISTED COMPANIES Nowadays, it is not uncommon to see so many fresh grads with 1st class degree. We have to understand that this group of people have certain type of tendency when it comes to job hunting. Most of them will prioritise the exclusive management trainee program. This program is designed for fresh grads by companies like MNC, GLC & public listed companies. There is nothing wrong or weird about this situation. Even the program is intentionally designed to capture young talents with excellent academic achievement. But, since many years ago, I observed that the fresh grads from oversea or abroad universities benefit the most from this program. Yes, there is a portion of excellent fresh grads from local universities are selected. But, the ratio of acceptance between the two is not balance. My advice to fresh grads is that do not put too much hope towards it. Widely open your list of applications to include variety of companies. And there is a specific way to creatively do it. For more info, over a coffee session. (Hahaha, macam pernah baca ayat ni, tapi saya bukan kerja Petronas. 🤣😀)

What are the #benefits of joining a management trainee program? 1. Exposure to the business operation When you are fresh out of university, you may not be always clear about what you want to do. A job you thought you wanted could turn out to be a pain. By joining this program, it allows you to be stationed at a different job function every three to six weeks or months. Therefore, it will allow you to get first-hand experience with the overall job process and decide whether it is right for you or not. 2. Highly marketable The management trainee programme is the master craftsman to the unpolished diamond that is the graduate fresh out of school. School teaches you the academic stuff, equips you with knowledge, expands your mind, and gives you glimpses of working with others, but it barely scratches the surface of reality and working life. This program will be able to fill in the gaps and bring you up to speed with what you need to know, and how to maximise and apply what you already know. 3. Be in the spotlight You’re in the spotlight. All eyes are on you! This is because you will often meet the upper management to go through a performance review or interview session with them. 4. Good career progression Management trainee’s success is not just about your personal happiness and efficiency; it is confirmed the system works – from the recruitment process through to the training. So the company works hard to get the right people in and then to groom them into the kind of talent that will keep their HR pipeline well-stocked and well-run. 5. Great learning experience You are exposed to the responsibilities of being a manager but with the plus point of having an experienced manager guide you along the way. 6. Build your network By being part of the industry, you will have so many opportunities to meet a lot of people, especially experienced leaders. Good networking can give you a better reputation, increased visibility, a stronger support network, improved business growth, and more impactful connections. Let's join our Management Trainee Program by sending your resume to hrr@teagarden.com.my. For more info, please contact 0169724235 now. #teagarden #managementtrainee #hiringalerts

[𝐈𝐓𝐋 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞] MR. SPINO KIÊM ➖ MTP & HRBP – ITL CORPORATION 🎙 What do you think about innovation and creativity at work? Do you believe innovation is an important factor in maintaining excitement and helping to grow your career? ▪ I believe that innovation and creativity are very important part bringing excitement and development at work. When we try to find a new way of doing things, we will not always succeed, but just one (among our new ways) is successful, it will make our work much more effective. Many small improvements will help an organization grow. Therefore, I think we should all keep an open attitude to new and creative ideas. 🎙 What has impressed you the most about when becoming a member of MTP at ITL Corporation? ▪ The most wonderful thing for me when participating in the Management Trainee Program (MTP) at ITL is the opportunity to be trained and try new positions. These diverse experiences have helped me to build more skills. The program has helped me to have the opportunities working with some talented Mentors as well as I have many good friends. Additionally, MTP has also given me the opportunities to grow after re-positioning the new direction in my career, starting over in a very different position from my initial position. 🎙 What is your opinion about an ideal working environment? What is the most important factor for you at work at this stage? ▪ As a young person, so I would like to represent many other young people. Young people often have a lot of energy, new ideas, and sometimes a desire to prove themselves. Therefore, I believe the most important thing for me at this stage is the opportunity to try, to implement the things I cherish and receive guidance and direction from experienced seniors. ▪ This combination is necessary to take advantage of the energy and enthusiasm of young people and ensure that enthusiasm always goes in the right direction towards the goal. #ITL #Logistics #NorthStar

It’s the beginning of June, which means many students have already started their summer jobs in Finland. We asked our HR summer trainees to share a few tips on how to make the most of the summer. 😎 Let's see what they had to say! 🌱 "I’ve noticed that the best summer trainee experience comes from getting to know new people, and taking breaks together. It’s also good to be open to all tasks, even across team boundaries. I’ve particularly enjoyed having the possibility to learn about new things, and having diverse job tasks. So, don’t hesitate to embrace anything new — the purpose is not to know or master everything in advance; you can always ask and get support!" - Anniina 🌱 "In my opinion the key to successful summer trainee experience is enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn new things. If you are spending your summer at Valmet, I also recommend actively participating in the different events that Valmet organizes to summer trainees." - Emilia 🌱 "Keep an open mind from the beginning. If there are some projects or work tasks you have a chance to participate in, you should definitely do so, even if you are nervous!” - Johannes 🌱 ”One of the most important things is to be yourself and get to know your coworkers. It’s way more fun and even more efficient to work, when you know your colleagues and know who can help you with each task. Everyone I’ve met here at Valmet have been really nice and helpful. It’s also a good idea to face new tasks and challenges with an open mind as you might discover that you enjoy something, even if you had doubts at first.” - Eeti #Valmet #WorkingAtValmet #SummerTrainees
