Together we reflected on our progress against our vision, mission and goals 2030! Venkata Subbarao Kolli facilitated a session on how APMAS can address issues & challenges faced! Our Board Member Mohanaiah Paladi joined the staff retreat at the end of day 1 shared his inputs and blessed all staff for their extraordinary work!! On day 2 of the APMAS staff retreat we had Vijay Mahajan, Jayesh Ranjan & Shiv Kumar as inspirational speakers!! All of them termed APMAS, perhaps, as a unique & impactful organisation in the world. They wanted APMAS to address climate change, deepen engagement with collective enterprises thru collaboration & partnerships, exploit opportunities of huge funding and optimum use of technology as an enabler. APMAS must focus on natural capital, social capital & human capital building on its expertise in building sustainable & autonomous peoples organizations (SHGs, SHG Federations, FPOs & FPO federations) and enable poor to 100% utilise their full potential!! Health, Education and Livelihoods/ enterprises still are most important priorities for NGOs like APMAS complementing the work of Governments!! Mr. Madhava Rao, APMAS Chairman joined the staff retreat and listened to the group presentations on how APMAS can realise its vision 2030!! All staff actively participated in the 2-day staff retreat and it was overall an enjoyable experience of coming together, bonding together, singing & dancing as a part of the celebrations!!
