Thursday Thoughts: Never forget to celebrate the small wins. All too often I myself was congratulated for an accomplishment, and it was almost met with resistance...FROM ME! "Could have been this", "should have been that", "hope it grows to be more". Altezas recently completed its FIRST contract with a company, delivering an IT project that will likely, almost certainly result in more business. My first thought was "how big can we g....STOP! We landed a contract less than 60 days into EXISTING, let me celebrate that accomplishment, soak it in and cherish it. Now take a deep breath and keep going, seek the next small win. At what point do we reclaim our moral clarity and stop this? At what point do those claiming the progressive points of view say enough? Enough with the incitement, enough with the moral equivalence, and enough with the violence.
