Couldn’t agree more with this piece from CNBC. Time for all of my wonderful LinkedIn colleagues who are in hiring positions to consider how they can make hiring practices more inclusive of people with disabilities- and fill their open positions with qualified and committed employees. And, as the article points out, accommodations, if needed, are typically not as costly as most people think. And these costs should be considered against the costs related to reduced productivity due to unfilled positions and turnover/churn. #disabilityawareness #disabilityemployment #disabilityinclusion
