It emphasizes the 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝗶𝘀𝗲 (from media, matrices...) when assessing the LOD 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗢𝗕, an essential but frequently underestimated aspect in bioburden and sterility testing rapid methods.
