In our June All-Staff meeting, we focused on sharing learnings from our recent Manager Off-Site to provide insight to what managers are working on, continue everyone's learning, and provide opportunities for all employees to see how they fit into the big picture at PFS. We aimed to create a high-level, inspiring discussion that gives a window into what we learned, while offering the opportunity to build on our lessons. The VA2K Walk & Roll event, graciously hosted by the VA Washington Medical Center, provided a unique chance for us to come together as a community. We weren't just walking or rolling; we were making a difference in the lives of homeless veterans, advocating for active lifestyles, and fostering connections among coworkers, veterans, and VA staff. With each step and roll, we not only raised awareness but also built a sense of unity and camaraderie. It was a day filled with purpose, where the simple act of participating became a powerful symbol of our commitment to serving those who have served our country.
