I'm stoked to share that I'll be stepping into a new role as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Stack Overflow! After 3.5+ years with the company, first as an SDR and then as an Account Executive, I'm excited to turn the coin over and focus on helping our customers thrive with Stack Overflow for Teams. The classic computing rule of “garbage in, garbage out” applies to generative AI, too. So proud of one of my clients! I'm proud of all of them, but this one, in particular, caught my eye because it's reflective of a hesitation that is brought to me somewhat consistently... "I don't think our organization is large enough to see the value of Stack Overflow for Teams." The client in question has a relatively small community size, under 80 people, are within their first year of leveraging Stack Overflow for Teams, and they have captured 500+ reusable, searchable questions and answers (!!!!) on their Stack Overflow for Teams platform... Incredibly impressive, and incredibly relative! Building a successful community is relative to the way your organization operates at its current state, the type of questions and answers you all exchange, the culture, and the goals you are looking to achieve. Another community of 120+ technologists have 100+ Q&A captured and continue to add new users to the platform each month. Every community is special.
