Founder, VastPotential - Helping Leaders Unlock the Full Potential of Their People | Speaker | Performance Coach
🚫 This is NOT another “motivational” event. 👇 🌀 This is for the goal-driven woman who wants real life strategies, higher-level thinking, and to feel inspired...just without the fluff and circumstance. 🚫 This is NOT for the woman who is “just fine” where she is - personally and professionally. 👇 🌀 This is for the high-achieving woman who wants to push the limits of her full potential...and she wants to learn better ways to do it. 🚫 This is NOT for the woman who likes easy, shallow-end conversations. 👇 🌀 This is for the goal-driven woman who is craving deep-end conversations that will challenge her to think and act beyond what she even believes is possible. If you’re a goal-driven professional woman (or know one who needs to be at the table)...let’s meet in Orlando at the Lake Nona Wave Hotel, Thursday, February 1st. Let’s spend a Day Away together, step off the hamster wheel, and learn the REAL skills it takes to win at work AND life. Seems that everyone is busy/stressed/overworked these days, but we continue to pile on the pressure. Can I suggest that you take a couple of minutes to read this article, then strongly consider starting a work revolution by changing your approach to meetings using a few simple steps? 1. What do you need to achieve and is a meeting the best way of doing this? 2. Who can help you achieve your outcome? 3. Invite only the people that can contribute. Tell them in advance what you want to achieve and tell them what you need from them 4. Keep the meeting as short as possible: you can achieve a lot in 15 minutes if you are structured and organised - don’t get pulled into default 50 minute meetings Think #intentionalMeetings! Good luck!
We‘ve been to all of these. I have.

IT Consultant | Project Manager | Product Owner | Scrum Master ⚙ Working daily with the insurance sector to bring them the tools they need @ Sollers Consulting
Just in case anybody is wondering why our team is always happy to say positive things about Sollers Consulting ➕ Last year our company started a new journey, by conducting an internal survey provided by Great Place to Work among our Sollers in Poland. The goal was simple - to assess how we, as a company, have been performing in terms of being a great place to work. 🏢 Based on the survey results we where positioned as one of the Top 10 Best Workplaces in Poland. 💪 But wait... There is more! 😁 We just received the information that our marks where compared to other companies around Europe and we are now also included in the Best Workplace in Europe list! 🙌 🥂 🎉 This just shows what we are always saying - it's great to be able to just reach out to any single person and Sollers ask for anything and always get a positive response. We have great company culture and I'm happy to be part of the Sollers team 😄 Best Workplace in the World title - we are coming for You! #GreatPlaceToWork #drivenbythepeople Sollers Consulting

Leader in Digital Health Care/ Licensed Professional Counselor/Employee Resource Group (ERG) Consultant/Public Speaker/Keynote Speaker/Conversational AI
Maceo Owens definitely put together an amazing day of workshopping and networking for us! The thought partnership, ability to hear what we have done that works with our community groups and also the simple things we could all start to implement, were keys to making this stop feel so engaging! One of my biggest take aways was the metrics, metrics, metrics...how am I truly measuring impact and engagement in a way that is meaningful, transferrable to meet the company goals, and still prioritizes building, nurturing and sustaining community first. If you are in the path of the next ERG stop and have a love for building community, an ERG, or any community, make your way to the conversation!
The Atlanta stop of The ERG Engagement Tour DID NOT DISAPPOINT! 🔥 🏆 Thank you to all 35 attendees and a huge shoutout to the panel for kicking off the day with a bang💥 ✈ Dallas, close us out strong! #TheERGMovement #TheERGEngagementTour #ERGChamps #ERGEngagementTour #EmployeeResourceGroups Maceo Owens Kara Solomon Kristina Grantham Andrew M.
