This prediction doesn’t surprise me, and I believe the same. What will be interesting is to see whether there’s significant home advantage (ARMEN) or if the large U.S. stakers can access effectively from there. Given the nature of the staking strategy, I can see the investment side being much of a muchness wherever you’re based, but when it comes to value-add - local networks and LP connectivity could make a difference for stake sellers.

Good morning. I'm still unpacking and recovering from the conferences. No major gems to drop today, but stay tuned. Just know that I'm up, working on deals. Today's schedule: Underwriting call with other investors for final review of 2 deals, putting together some documents for a loan and going to a networking event in NYC. It will be a productive day. While real estate investing can be taken on individually, partnering active investors and passive investors creates the opportunity to maximize income, profit and tax benefits. One of my favorite aspects of what I do is sharing what I’ve learned and learning from others. It always amazes me how each of us has simple yet practical insights to offer. Here are a few tips from IR leaders on making meetings with investors more effective which I picked up at the roundtable DGA Group kindly invited to me and my colleague Victoria Sant from the The Investor Forum CIC last week. Start with an Overview: At the beginning of any meeting, take five minutes to provide an overview of your business model, how you generate revenue, and your strategy. This is helpful, especially at conferences where investors might have varying levels of knowledge about your business, and as they cover a large number of companies. Build on Previous Discussions: If you’ve had a meeting with your investors before, remember what was discussed. Address and build on that dialogue to ensure efficiency and continuity. We know everyone is time-poor, so making the most of your time together is essential. These practical actions build on the work that we've been doing at The Investor Forum CIC to bridge the gaps between companies and investors.
