We’re excited to share a case study where we've helped an international tech client enhance their talent acquisition process! Faced with a shrinking talent pool, we were tasked with overhauling the client's internal recruitment function. The shrinking talent pool and reduced team size were not adequate to meet their growing IT needs. Focusing on improving customer experience, performance ratios, and the overall process quality, we boosted efficiency and customer satisfaction using the same resources, but with a 40% reduction in team size, reflecting in an improved Net Promoter Score and customer feedback. A challenging portion of this engagement was tackling cycle times; we overcame this by enhancing processes, communication, and training, leading to improved fill and offer acceptance ratios and when a new business unit wanted to join the program, we worked closely with their leadership to tailor our program to their specific IT talent needs. This led to them filling most of their critical positions successfully, with our program's best practices and strategic advice.
