365 days ago, I stepped away from corporate life. I took time to recuperate, increase my air miles and spend quality time with my wife and family. We had the most chilled Christmas and New Year I can remember, though I’m not one to rest on my laurels (or take up golf), so the time has come to return to what I enjoy, “developing leaders and teams”.  It takes a while to adjust to being independent, I miss not leading and being part of a team and the usual corporate benefits. And yet there’s nothing more rewarding than truly being your own boss! I am pleased to report, that as part of my fractional portfolio, I’ve gone solo and set up a consulting business which is authentically me –“Peter Collyer - Executive Coaching, Consulting and Facilitation”. The freedom of working for myself is truly refreshing, I get to pick what I do, who I work with and the projects I can really get excited about and make a difference with. I’d like to show my appreciation and thank those in my network who have helped me along the way and who knows, perhaps in the future, I ‘ll be supporting you again in some way? Over the years I’ve learnt that being "authentic" and "passionate" about what you do creates a trusting and life-long partnership - it's a rare thing and definitely takes two to ensure success. So, as I look to the future, It's all about "making a difference" and helping Leaders be their very best. Do, keep me in mind, feel free to call (+44 (0)7771 937382) or email (petercollyer.coach@outlook.com) and let's see if we can work together to make the business world a better place and help our Leaders fulfil their true potential.  I’d love to hear from you. With gratitude to all. Best, Peter
