This week, I'm in London for Fusion Exchange EMEA, and today was such a great start to our events! I had the pleasure of hosting an SAP Concur Product Roadmap Fireside Chat at our Global Summit EMEA 2024 with Fred Fredericks, our Chief Product Officer & Head of Engineering, and Jen Moyse, VP and Head of UX Design & User Assistance. They shared exciting updates on the Evolution of Travel, including UK Rail, and enhancements in Spend, focusing on UX and AI. One of the best parts of my job is connecting with customers. The sale of the remaining shares of Qualtrics by SAP has been completed. The important statement for SAP customers in the official announcement is, that a close partnership will remain. "SAP will remain a close go-to-market and technology partner to Qualtrics, servicing joint customers and continuing to contribute to their success." The relationship between the #Qualtrics Experience Management Platform and other SAP solutions has so far been experienced by customers more like a solution extension partner than a fully integrated part of SAP. So, the changes for Experience Management customers may be minimal. But we'll need to see further details to fully understand the future relationship and its impact on customers. For SAP #SuccessFactors #HXM customers, the #EmployeeExperience platform by Qualtrics has so far been the go-to solution for the Employee Experience lifecycle from feedback to insights to actions and we can assume this will also be the case in future. https://lnkd.in/eYfxC4Aj

From AI-powered cost estimates for trip planning, to automatically itemizing all hotel expense details, to integration with Microsoft Teams for making sustainability-based travel decisions easier than ever.
