This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme this year is, Movement! Research has found that 36% of UK adults find it challenging to find the time for physical activity… Wellbeing and movement is a big focus for us at Pearse Partners, we understand the importance of having a supportive environment whilst working in a high-pressure role and have made it our ritual to carve in time for wellbeing events that are accessible to all. Movement can be big or small, whether that’s getting off the bus a stop early or in our case spinning until our hearts content, train in the local park or hiking the hills of Surrey. To read more on this years theme and to get support on improving your mental health visit the official Mental Heath Foundations website, here! https://lnkd.in/eXsXtmdw #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek2024
