Plan your content repurposing strategy before you record a podcast episode. You can do keyword research on the topics you'll be talking about and embedded them into interview questions. The episode blog post is then optimized for those vetted keywords. I'll also plan 2 or 3 questions for each guest that I think are likely to produce a great hook for short form video repurposing, based around the same themes.

Video Expert 🎥 I Turn Your YouTube Into A 24/7 Leads Machine. Consulted 100+ YouTube Channels To generate More 👀 and 💰.
When I first started creating content for my personal brand I went with podcasting, more so interviewing. A few reasons why: 1. Interviews are the easiest to come up with content 2. Networking 3. Bigger variety of insights But where do you get started? Like launching a YouTube channel, you need to think about a few things first. 1. What's your USP? There are plenty of podcasts out there but what makes you stand out? 2. Who's your audience? Creating for everyone is creating for none. 3. Streamline your process How will you be able to post consistently without burning out or running out of ideas? There is a lot more to it but start with this. Bonus tip: When you don't get any results immediately think about your goal in the first place and keep creating, make micro shifts to test the waters.
