We recently received results on Pave the Way through 2/28. I’m always proud of the hard work our teams do here on a daily basis, but I have to say I’m blown away by these results. Over the last 3 months we have completed 6,965 Provider Nominations with a 97.4% Participation Rate. If you don’t know the significance of this then you shouldn’t be selling reference based pricing to plan sponsors. The only times I’ve heard of competitors trying to emulate this the success rate was less than 50% and they gave up. It has taken 10 years of system development, process refinement, talent acquisition, and perfecting training to get to this point. If anyone tells you they can do what ClaimDOC does with proactive provider outreach….laugh at them. Tell them to sell you on another feature. #PavetheWay #DirectAccessPlus #MemberCentric
