✨ I’d like to thank me. ✨ I’ve put in the work, had the courage to take the calculated risks and loved every moment of growth. But I know it didn’t happen alone. I had great mentors and managers, and surrounded myself with interesting, talented people who came from diverse backgrounds who all helped shape me as a leader. And now, as I occupy that seat, I am very aware that every interaction leaves behind an impression. I know this because of the people I have met over the course of my career who have inadvertently mentored me or taught me something that forever changed the course of my career. I wanted to start my week with messages of gratitude for those who have opened doors for me and been excellent examples of leadership. * Amy Gillespie & Sarah Devaney who quite literally opened up the world of opportunities with a move to a new country that refined my global competencies. I got to enhance my cultural intelligence and effectively communicate across international cultures. * Lisa Sepulveda for showing me that a woman in leadership can be full of compassion and kindness, and still be taken seriously in the room. * Ehrin Van Marter for being an example of gravitas, self-assuredness, and decisiveness without any apology. * Amanda Glasgow for speaking my name in rooms I wasn’t in, and making sure I had access to great work where I could make significant impact. * Christie Bishop for setting the example that optimism has a role in the workplace. People are always motivated and energized by optimism. * Alan T. As we start the new financial year, wishing everyone a lots of positivity, hope and lots of success and happiness going forward. Gratitude to all the stakeholders for making a wonderful year at @ Nature Savior Private Limited across all our business units. My advise to all the professionals / leaders managing teams 1) Be compassionate Over the last few years having gone through so much uncertainty and unprecedented situations, be aware that some of your colleagues are still going through the after affect, give them the benefit of doubt , be a good listener and be compassionate about each other feelings 2) Focus on training teams Unlearning and adaptability will be the key differentiators in the next decade, leaders who will be creating an environment for their teams to focus on learning new skills, focusing on digitalisation and self improvement will have a great key advantage 3) Empower , Empower and Empower If you are creating followers, you are not creating a legacy: that’s not leadership. Leadership is about empowering teams and trusting them to make them the right choice. Hire right talent, empower and just TRUST. Once again have a great year. Have fun. Learned of a new holiday today 😊 Everyone that’s managed a team aspires to not just be a boss, but to be a leader that is respected by their team. Respect is not something that comes from sitting higher up in the org chart. It comes from understanding, empathizing, and genuinely caring for the well-being of every team member. It's about being present, listening, and being there to support them when they need it most. A lot of effort, time, and thought goes into managing a team successfully in this day and age. It’s not just about giving instructions and meeting deliverables; it’s about creating an environment where those in the team and those who interact with the team can thrive and excel. It's about fostering a culture of collaboration, where every member's strengths are acknowledged and contributions celebrated. Today marks 20 years in the Automotive Industry for me! This is a good time to reflect on some of the things I have learnt, people I have worked with and experiences I have had and am very grateful for all of this. I think it's fair to say that the industry has grown up and moved forward with the times during that period. The future of the industry is exciting and the innovation and technology is improving so rapidly, it's hard to imagine where we will all be in another 20 years. Cars that steer themselves, update themselves over the internet and Hydrogen fueled vehicles were so far fetched but are now mainstream topics in the automotive world. The top lessons for my on my journey have been: >Show up every day and do your best. You won't always win but at least you won't die wondering >Realise that you don't know everything. There's always something to learn and law of averages says you're wrong 50% of the time. >Try and be better today than I was yesterday. Little gains over time reap big rewards >Do what you say. Credibility is very important in this industry, if you can't deliver on something, say so. People are usually ok with the truth but absolutely nobody likes being misled >Every minute we spend training our staff is an investment for the future >If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Be prepared so that we reduce surprises and aren't just reacting to what's in front of us I'm looking forward to what's ahead

Thank you for sharing this, Firoz Ansari. This is a great summary of leadership and sensibly articulated. This is my leadership vision for 2024. Nearing the end of 2023, I was met with a mess of valleys; shattered ambition, vision, and a broken spirit. A promotion and step up in management that I was promised was revoked, and how I was operating in my current role did a 180. My team suffered the residual effects of some of the valleys experienced, though doing my best to "fake it until I make it" (I hate that phrase with a passion, and is so disingenuine) Wow! What a learning curve. I am slowly beginning to rebound and rediscover my passion for veterinary medicine management. My goals, vision, and how I lead, my leadership style can alter depending on the circumstances around me, though, I am more aware of and better equipped now how to handle them. This post will be printed and hung and serve as a reminder for myself and others.

Health and wealth is a game of energy and information. In health, energy and information is governed by the networked ecosystem of cellular organisms that make up our being. The aerobic organism, anaerobic organism, micro-organisms and specialised organism all work together to form the holobiont. The sum is greater than the parts and all are important, with the common goal of living well. In wealth, energy and information is governed by the network of individuals that we have in our community. There is an exchange, each with particular skills and perspectives that when leveraged with a common goal can generate vast amounts of money and impact. The huddle is one way to start your energy and information diet for your health and wealth on a Monday morning. Build a network who supports you. Replace negative energy and information from legacy media. The common goal is adding value to your life. Driving? Stick it on your phone like the radio. Working? Get the speaker out and let others listen too. Half an hour to start the ball rolling for the rest of your life.

BACK TO BACK FAILURE HERE ARE THE 3 THINGS I LEARNED. I will take part in Two college Comptetion. 1. Innovative Bharat 2.0. 2. Internal Smart India Hackathon. and we are disqualified in both the Comptetion. Here are the 3 Learnings. - Understanding Leadership Skills With the these two Comptetion I have learned an importance of leadership skill, how to manage team how perform the task effectively. - Change is the only constant We try to use modern technologies but we not able to use it effectively not use the proper PPT format. - Try Understand the taste of any Comptetion This is the most important thing which I learned from these two Comptetion. Every Comptetion has its own taste,theme and requirements we need to focus on it. These are the learnings. But I promise myself that I will work on both the project.
