A big win for OVEC this school year was the continued success of the First-Time Long-Time program. OVEC’s Board of Directors approved $238,000 in tuition support funds to help educators in alternative certification and rank change programs.    In addition to financial support, OVEC staff—led by Susan Robertson and Dr. Kathy House—mentored and supported participants through monthly Zoom calls and a summer conference.   Listen to what participants have to say about First-Time Long-Time.
