We unite as one team. We recently spent several days filled with enriching experiences alongside the Nexton Management team at a Leadership Summit. While there are many conclusions and impressions, here are my main takeaways: 1. Unified vision. It's essential for us to be on the same page, speaking the same language, working towards the same mission, and being ambassadors of the same values. 2. Pause and reflect. Taking a moment to slow down and review our progress allows us to discuss challenges and collaboratively find solutions, reflecting our mindset of continuous improvement. 3. Shared pride. We must take pride in our history, our purpose, and everything we’ve built together. We should also celebrate our teams, and how their talents are empowered and showcased by our engineering tools. 4. Spread the inspiration. The main challenge: How can we infuse the magic from these moments daily? and, most importantly, how can we cascade this motivation to our teams? 5. Set the basis for Learning & Development. These spaces of reflection are indispensable for crafting plans that empower our teams. By addressing strategic cross-area pain points, we can work on impactful L&D initiatives to enhance our team's performance and communicate the company's goals in a clearer way. Understanding where we've been, where we are, and where we aspire to be, guides our strategic decisions and drives our collective success 🚀

Last week, I had the opportunity to be in-person with one of my corporate clients…👏🏼 Laura Larios & I led this group of seasoned leaders through the 3 levels of leadership intelligence to help them cultivate a “Fearless 2.0” culture. 2023 was an incredible year of growth and progress for ASI! We realized that if we were going to make any meaningful impact, leadership mindsets, capacities, and practices needed to be changed.
