Our team was excited to participate in the Biofense Nucleate Hackathon! Our CTO, Tammy Meiron, Ph.D., challenged students from universities across Israel to develop solutions for long-term #food #preservation that maintain nutritional integrity and taste without refrigeration. Over the past two weeks, our Director of Business Development, Daniel Gamsu, and Technology Analyst, Hadas Sibony Benyamini, mentored these talented students. Yesterday, we attended the semi-finals to witness and judge their innovative presentations. I was happy to take a part of such an important project, it was nice to see the students presenting yesterday at the semi-finals.
