Working for SKF as a Worldwide Accelerator: Here's what I'll be doing!   I've been with SKF since 2016, and my journey has been nothing short of an adrenaline-fueled adventure. I've delved deep into the technical aspects of the HBU engineering team in Airasca, navigated the diverse landscapes of the automotive sector as a Customer Project Manager for EMEA, and reveled in every challenge. My expertise lies not only in mastering areas like powertrain, wheel-end applications, and products like DGBB, ACBB, TBU, and HBU, but also in applying a global perspective to local customer needs. As my grandMa always said "every voice has a story worth hearing". I find energy in actively listening, absorbing lessons from others, and embracing the vibrancy of different cultures and personalities. These experiences have shaped me, and they mirror the purpose of SKF: to reimagine rotation for a better tomorrow. For me, this not only means ensuring seamless product availability and enhancing the customer experience in a diverse global market, but also driving forward personal growth and transformation.   As just appointed SKF Accelerator, my mission transcends the confines of traditional roles. I am a catalyst for change, a supporter for the professional's evolution, and a co-traveller in the journey towards reaching their goals. I am committed to deepening the engagement of SKF team members, fostering personal connections, and promoting an environment of mutual learning and growth. 😃 What surprised me when I joined Faurecia in 2019 was the strong consistency of what I had been told by all the interviewers about the company in the recruitment process with what I discovered when I effectively made my first months at the board of the now-called Faurecia Hydrogen Solutions division. Why is that so❓ 👉 Because at Faurecia and now FORVIA , we are very seriously working about our values and strive to make them a daily reality within the organization.   Since the creation of the combined Group FORVIA with HELLA, we have worked them together, along our mission “We pioneer technology for mobility experiences that matter to people”. I am proud to have participated to initiate this exercise (led by Laure Sauser and David Jestaz with the sponsorship of Jean-Pierre Sounillac and Victoria CHANIAL). Exciting! That was period 4. The teams had less than one day to strategize for the fourth period, forcing them to make rapid decisions and excel in teamwork under intense pressure. ENNI Energie & Umwelt Niederrhein GmbH is still in the lead, but should they start worrying about losing their top spot? The other teams are also playing exceptionally well and trying to close the gap. Team 14 from SCHOTT has defended the second rank, but the team from Brose Group is hot on their heels! And team 15 from SCHOTT is still in the fight and not giving up after playing a strong round. Tomorrow, the teams are playing the final round during the first day of our final event with even less time to make their decisions.
