Recombinant protein expression system - insect cell expression system. The principle of the insect cell expression system is to transfer the expression components in the transfer vector to the baculovirus shuttle vector (Bacmid) that can be multiplied in E. coli through transposition, and then select the recombinant shuttle plasmid through resistance and blue-white spot selection. After the shuttle plasmid DNA is extracted and transfected into insect cells, the progeny virus obtained is the recombinant virus.
