That's according to an IBM study of 3,000 C- level executives and 21,000 workers in 28 countries. 🔑 Some other key takeaways: - organisations that are evolving their operating models for AI augmented work are already outperforming their peers in revenue growth. - 87% of execs expect generative AI to augment roles rather than replace them. - STEM skills are losing importance against people skills like collaboration, communication and time management. - Generative AI gives employees the opportunity to perform impactful, rewarding tasks with less time wasted on grunt work.
