Unbelievably proud to announce that I have been chosen to receive the Outstanding Executor Award here at the FOC! To say bluntly, I would have never expected that this would happen. However, I am proud to say that through hard work and diligence, anything is possible. Being the only Bedrock Intern to walk away with an award out of countless interns from 15 separate companies speaks volumes to myself about what I am able to achieve. I am so grateful to have been given this opportunity to work for an exceptional company like Bedrock for the second summer in a row. Bedrock prides themselves on achieving more and through this internship program, I have learned how to push my boundaries and truly achieve more. Jerrick McKinnon could have spent the rest of his life telling his children and grandchildren about the time he scored a touchdown in the superbowl. I'm sure he has dreamed of that moment since he was a child, and knows he may never get the opportunity again. Instead, with 1 minute left, he chose to sacrifice that accomplishment to better the chances that all of his teammates get a ring. This is a picture that should be put up in every high school gym in the country. No - THIS picture should be shown during every corporate overview call during orientation. GREAT companies don’t succeed because of one great employee or one massive deal. It’s a team sport. It has always mattered how well you work with your internal teams, even if you exceed your “KPIs” for the year. When your team wins, you win. #teamplayer #selfawareness

It is incredible the amount of work Walmart is doing to help those in need during this pandemic. I am proud to call myself a future employee of such a great company!

I am proud to announce that after a long few months of interviews, I have accepted an full-time offer with Walmart located in their Bentonville, AR headquarters! I will be a Merchandising Operations Analyst with the goal of implementing actionable data and business solutions to drive customer satisfaction and overall growth for Walmart. I want to say thank you to my family and friends for all the help along the way. I look forward to this next step in my career! #walmart #supplychain

I have just recently completed my summer-long internship with Bedrock in Detroit. Not only did I learn about Bedrock and all the contributions they make to the great city of Detroit, but I also learned more about myself than I ever saw possible! I highly recommend seeking out internships that Bedrock/FOC offers. The attention they show, as well as the determination they have to professionally develop their interns is top-grade! Thank you Bedrock for an enlightening summer that I will never forget.
