🤔 💪🏼 What’s the point of strength training anyway? Well, big muscles are nice to look at, lifting can be fun, and more muscle on your body brings better health outcomes. But for many of you out there — it’s about the natural contingencies — the things that get better as an indirect result of banging those dumbbells every day.
