Anyone who knows the Corso's Cookies story knows how much Target has been a part of that story. It was a buyer at Target back in 2006, (when we were an 8 person operation), that put us on the path to develop our robotic decorating technology, after a nationwide recall of Chinese made decorated cookies left them with no cookies for the holidays. And our lives haven't been the same since. And today the folks at Target have once again inspired us to try something new with a request for a Chocolate S'mores Color-a-Treat kit! And once again, it feels like our lives are about to change. In 20 plus years of making cookies this is by far the best cookie we've ever made and I like everyone else here can't stop eating them! My favorite customers are those that work with us as a partner in being creative, taking chances and breaking new ground together. The team at Target certainly fits that description and we are thrilled to see the "Only at Target" label on our newest innovation.
