Great motto for 2024. One of the most effective employee benefits employers can offer is attention. Often just a thank you is enough. Because everyone is happy to receive a thank you. When was the last time you thanked a colleague, employee or person? I wish you and your love ones a great New Year 2024. Andreas von Hagen #employeebenefits #humanresources #leadership

Ronald Reagan was great leader. The acheivements President Reagan so eloquently defined in 1984 are the opposite of what our country is today. Let’s halt America’s decline on the World stage. Let’s make our economy stronger, and stop the runaway spending that creates debt for generations far past our lifespans. Let’s fortify our defenses and once again gain the respect of our allies. Let our enemies fear us. Let’s be grateful for the thin blue line and all those who protect us within and outside the USA. Let’s take care of American citizens first. Let’s get back to our core values instead of political correctness. Let’s close our borders and allow legal immigration to those who can contribute to our country in positive ways. America’s future rests on our ability to elect a great leader. Vote Republican.
#OnThisDay in 1984, President Ronald Reagan reflected on the progress made in response to the mandate given by the American people three years ago. With their support and the cooperation of Congress, America's decline was halted. The economy is now experiencing its strongest recovery since the sixties. Not only have our defenses been fortified, but our alliances are steadfast, and our unwavering commitment to defending our values has never been clearer. #ProgressMade #EconomicRecovery #StrongerTogether

Some powers belong to the federal government. For example, in 1941, President Roosevelt asked Congress to declare war. Congress voted to declare war. The United States entered World War II. Learn more at lnkd.in/er5SpUya #GreenSpiegelUS #FederalGovernment #GovernmentBasics #USNaturalizationTest

People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. Cliches may cause an eye roll, but they usually have at least some elements of truth. Being present speaks volumes and leadership by walking around ensures that you’re present. It makes you approachable. It makes people feel like they can trust you. These are the intangibles that many of us reach for but never fully attain. #leadership #presence #trust
🇺🇸 In the spring of 1982, there was a severe flood in the American state of Indiana. There were no casualties, but thousands of houses were flooded, and people had to be evacuated. Then, having abandoned all his business and travels, U.S. President Ronald Reagan flew to the affected state and even helped to build a temporary dam. Of course, the president in a tie, carrying bags looked staged. But at least Reagan was with his people, who elected him and entrusted him with power in the country.

If you ever listen to one political speech, make it this one. Ronald Reagan warned of the forces tearing our Republic apart, testing whether we actually believe in our capacity for self-governance or whether we should just abandon the ideals of the American Revolution. Now more than ever, we appear to be a nation incapable of of functioning with any semblance of civility and it’s more fundamental than a division down party lines or superficial cultural differences. This is an existential battle between right and wrong, light and darkness. Ronald Reagan recognized the extreme polarization of the time and warned of it’s profound threat to the future of our Republic. And today we’re losing that same battle for our Republic as the media and social platforms thrive by dividing people and fomenting fear and hate, all the while unencumbered by the truth. Ronald Reagan summed up the state of reality best: “You and I are told increasingly we have to choose between a left or right. Well, I'd like to suggest there is no such thing as a left or right. There's only an up or down.” #Truth #leadershipmatters
