The theme was the power of coaching and how adopting a coaching mindset can boost individual growth, both professionally and personally. We also celebrated midsummer, inspired by our Swedish colleagues, with dancing around a midsummer pole and fun games. The Code Pub is our international network for women and marginalised genders in the tech industry. A platform to inspire and be inspired. Enabling secure and enjoyable backcountry ski adventures ⛷️ Skida: Alpine Adventures, an early-stage startup, wanted to help randonnée enthusiasts discover safe and exciting backcountry skiing trips. With Netlight’s expertise, we turned this vision into reality by developing the Skida app. Through a design sprint and rapid development, we successfully launched the app in just three months. The Skida app is now available on the App Store and Google Play. This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the trust and collaboration between Skida: Alpine Adventures and Netlight. Great Expectations: met! This weekend, over 1300 Netlighters from all 11 offices came together to reignite current relationships and set aflame new ones for an action-packed weekend of insights, inspiration, and identity. Prague, Czech Republic, got turned into an 11,000 km2 big playground of workshops, experience-based learning, community and parties, scattered around its rivers, squares, and hills. This get-together also celebrated 25 years of Netlight. Just like in 1999, Summits are vital to Netlight, bringing us all together and nurturing our organic organisation. #netlight #potentialunleashed
