When I tell people that 90% of my team is based in the Philippines, many of them instantly say, “Oh, so that you can save on costs since labor is cheap!” WRONG. That’s the reason of many western organisations employing or contracting talents from the Philippines. In contrast, I am on a mission to groom them to be highly paid consultants, marketers and executive assistants. They will grow their wealth and be outrageous givers. We find ways, even if we have to bend our backs and sacrifice our own benefits as owners, to pay our talents above the market rates. If you’re a communications major in the Philippines, your starting salary is just about $500. That’s not going to take you far much economically in life. Our talents can earn as much as as what those employed in Singapore (at least x5 in cost of living) would. And they are working remotely in the Philippines. But they have to of course showcase world-class skills. 📣📣📣I’m looking for a brilliant entrepreneurial, leader-material talent who can help me drive the business to the next stage.
