Who doesn't like instant loading times on a website? I know I do.🚀 When someone is visiting your website they might have different kind of navigations: 1. Navigating to another page (navigate) 2. Going back from the product page to the listing page (back_forward) 3. Reloading the page (reload) They all have different #CoreWebVitals values, because the navigations are different from one another. But what if I told you that the 2nd navigation type we're talking about can be instant? Yep, that's cool 😎 On the video we can see that a back_forward navigation has a #TTFB of 409ms, pretty fast. But... Amongst 114k pageviews, 16k are back_forward. Those 16k pageviews could have a TTFB of 0ms and therefore also a much better #LCP (309ms). With one of the browsers newest #API's you're able to see the following: → NotRestored elements → NotRestored reasons With these insights your developer is able to make the page load INSTANT?! (FYI: one of the biggest reasons why a page can't be served via back_forward_cache are Unload handlers, which are being deprecated 🎉 )

This code snippet uses Next.js's dynamic import function to import the HomePage component dynamically and disables server-side rendering (SSR) for this specific component. This is necessary when your component relies on client-side features (like the browser's window object or the Fetch API) which are not available during SSR. By doing this, you ensure that the HomePage component is only rendered on the client-side, preventing errors during the SSR phase.
