Making It Matter

Spending today with our Task Force 59 colleagues at a demo of a new maritime navigation tool. We will be checking out the initial demo of a low-noise and low-drift optical gyroscope smart sensor integrated onto an autonomous surface vehicle. It's only been 9 months since we first started working on this… and now we have a specifically-adapted technology to use on a host platform! Successful integration will pave the way for revolutionary maritime navigation with the capability to navigate USVs in GPS-denied environments. Exciting stuff, stay tuned!
