In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month in May, SchoolSafety.gov released a new issue brief (https://lnkd.in/g5QJq5NF) describing the impact of trauma on children and youth. The brief specifically focuses on strategies and resources to build and maintain trauma-informed schools that promote student well-being and safe, supportive learning environments.

As we celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month during May, it's important to remember that Asian American communities are not monolithic and face unique sets of challenges.
