🏡 Excited to share my architectural project – a meticulously designed 2.5-story RCC building created using SketchUp 2020! Project Highlights: 🔹 Ground Floor: Two master bedrooms, a living room, a common bath and W/C, and a kitchen. 🔹 First Floor: Two master bedrooms, one single room, a common bath and W/C, and a living room. 🔹 Rooftop: Features a stair roofing, a ladder, and a top bar. Design Features: 🔸 The exterior design blends modern aesthetics with functional spaces. The use of clean lines, contemporary materials, and neutral colors gives the building a sophisticated look. 🔸 The landscaped front yard and driveway add to the curb appeal while providing practical space for vehicles and outdoor seating. 🔸 Large windows are strategically placed to ensure ample natural light and ventilation, enhancing the overall living experience. 🔸 The rooftop design includes stylish railings and planters, creating a lush green space and an inviting atmosphere. Dost presents a remarkable venture for a young family. Nestled above the village on a steep slope. With a compact 800m2 buildable area on a slender, tapering 3,702m2 parcel, the concept maximizes benefits while sidestepping downsides. Every room basks in southwest light, embracing both views and sunlight. In a synergy of architecture and surroundings, topography, views, noise factors, and accessibility guide the building, making it an extension of nature. The structure melds gently with the land, becoming one with the landscape. Its dual orientation creates outdoor spaces with distinct qualities and connections. The entrance floor accommodates practical needs, while the living floor hosts up to four bedrooms and a scenic living-dining kitchen space. Linear bathrooms at the rear wall allow various floorplan configurations. The interior design's blend of white, oak, and black provides a neutral backdrop for daily life. By championing sustainability and adaptability, Dost not only meets the family's immediate needs but also paves the way for future transformations. The architecture, from its skeletal framework to its functional interior layout, fosters flexible living. This entry to our Gerendák home is jam-packed with goodness. Whether you arrive by car or on foot, as guest or homeowner, you get to experience it fully. It greets you with attention and style every time you enter. Approaching from the outside you look right through, across the internal courtyard, through a breezeway to the lake beyond. It is defined by a simple black plane, a flat roof, connecting two distinct volumes, two parts of the building. Otherwise there is nothing but glass. Even as you step inside your view and presence are still part of the exterior. You get to see both the natural and built environment.
