These findings highlight a knowledge gap. Many practices want to boost profits but aren't tracking their marketing performance effectively. Additionally, 14% with no goals will likely struggle to measure their investment returns. Marketing can drive profit by attracting high-margin procedures, retaining patients longer, and encouraging repeat visits. The key is identifying what drives profit and using marketing strategies to support those goals.
