Things all SaaS companies should leave behind in 2023: 1- Lack of pricing transparency 2- Deceitful cancellation practices I'm not saying you have to be granular about how your pricing scales, but you should at least give consumers a ballpark figure they can use to gauge whether or not your product is something they can wrap their heads around in the first place - either today, or at some point in the future. And while leveraging dark patterns at the point of cancellation - such as hidden cancellation buttons, call-to-cancel policies, etc - might increase retention a little bit in the short run, it'll come at the expense of your brand's image, future referrals, and winback opportunities in the long run. >>> What would you add? #b2b #saas #churn #customersuccess #revenuegrowth
