TLDR; Same company, same team, new product (prefab supply chain platform), new name (MOD)! Over the past two years, we have learned a lot about the challenges of the construction industry. Its transformation towards higher productivity and sustainability continues to be demanding. With our offerings, we have aimed to solve two problems: experts and training. After several projects with customers and later launching the AEC Coding & Automation School, we have realized that productivity leaps in construction will only be possible when industrialization encompasses the entire value chain. It is now clear to us that prefabrication is the most sensible and scalable way to achieve this. Real estate developers around the world are investing in configurable products. Manufacturers are building up prefabrication capacities. In over 200 conversations with executives and professionals on both sides, we have found that this brings new challenges. Both sides are too far apart due to the existing planning and construction processes. That's why, four months ago, we started developing MOD, a platform to make prefabrication supply chains more efficient, scalable, and sustainable. MOD is a machine learning-powered platform that connects developers, architects and planners with the available prefab capacities of manufacturers. Major parts of our platform are available as open source to enable open collaboration between those involved in the construction process We want to enable everyone to work together to increase the performance of prefab supply chains for everyone’s benefit. Calling for collaboration but building closed systems has not really helped the industry so far. MOD is deeply integrated into design tools and planning processes and can assess a project's prefabrication potential without any obligation to a specific system or supplier. It is based on the available production capacities of the relevant suppliers for a project. We provide suppliers of elements and systems with earlier access to projects. The assessment of prefabrication potential is exclusively parametric. It does not require product data from manufacturers. Companies that have prefabrication capacity will achieve higher utilization, considering the fluctuating demand in a project-based supply chain. New, innovative suppliers that previously struggled with market access can be easily integrated into projects. We have already qualified 2,000 production facilities and are working with first customers on their projects to increase the degree of prefabrication. Given promising initial results, positive feedback, and industry interest, we are rebranding to MOD to better reflect our new direction. So, if you know manufacturers, real estate developers, or architects who are interested in our solution, let us know. Software developers eager to contribute to our open-source solution are also welcome to reach out. We can't wait to play our part in the industrialization of construction.

Great appraoch Yashar & Marc connecting the fragmented AECOM industry, it is a crucial to overcome complexity. What is still missing is getting faster buliding permit by the authorities. In Bavaria they started the BayBO2021 to reduce time to 3 month but still many permits are taking much much longer.
