Create an ‘Ask Me Anything’ round for your candidates. That is my biggest takeaway from my day at OMR. So many companies are running interviewer led/top down processes. In a competitive hiring market, this isn’t enough. Have the candidate interview you. It will: - Offer more transparency - Build more trust - Symbolise servant leadership - The candidates line of questioning will tell you a lot 😉 - Align leadership on strategic goals - Gain an edge on your competition Try it, it works.

I like that idea! I feel like when you're applying to new jobs and potentially committing the next few years to a company, you def have loads of questions that you want answers to. Bonus points if the AMA is with more people than just the hiring manager, to get some different POVs from other employees too!
