Supporting Sustainability at Silverstone 👏 As a team, we are excited to see the range of sustainable initiatives being carried out at the 2024 British Grand Prix in conjunction with Formula 1. 🎓 16 Engineering scholars from the UK and Italy will get a special Paddock experience on Thursday, aimed at increasing networking opportunities, while Mission 44 will provide a number of students with activities geared around STEM Education. 🤝 F1-supported charities such as Make-A-Wish® UK, Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity and Race Against Dementia will have a presence on-site to drive awareness and raise funds for crucial initiatives ♻️ There will also be a special sustainability-focused fan area called the Zero Zone, which will educate and engage fans on renewable energy, in an effort to target a waste recycling rate of 50% across the event. #STEMEducation #Charity #Awareness #RenewableEnergy #MercedesAMGF1 #Formula1
