With 25 years of experience in pre-assembly and testing, Giancarlo Mazza joined Mikron Machining in 2000, working in the pre-assembly department. His journey at Mikron Machining is full of experiences, learnings and satisfactions: after a few months in pre-assembly, he transitioned to the test room department, a period which he remembers as immense positive, followed by seven months in Rottweil, at our Mikron Germany GmbH, forging there strong bonds with German colleagues. What more? Giancarlo spend one month in China for Mikron Machining. Last month, surrounded by his team, Giancarlo celebrated his well-deserved retirement, still working in the pre-assembly department where he started his career at Mikron Machining. “I will miss the contact with my colleagues and being part of a team that shares with you not only the work, but also the satisfaction of contributing to something great. I am happy to have met Mikron along my career path.” We wish Giancarlo a restful retirement, confident that his passions for archery, electric bike, and bowling will keep him engaged and fulfilled.
