A 'green' washing machine for mixed organic and plastic waste? 🌳 It’s a simple explanation for a complex process of converting plastics and other garbage to fuel or electricity. And it has potential to alleviate mounting rubbish and pollution problems in remote areas. Check out has it works in this recent industry article.

B2B Polymers | Specialist in sourcing, purchasing and selling engineering & commodity polymers for injection moulding, extrusion, compounding, recycling & waste companies.
It’s not just the polymers themselves that can be damaging to the environment, it’s the process. That’s why initiatives such as this one from TotalEnergies is a step in the right direction. They’re taking the waste materials from polymer production and turning that into polymers too. Hopefully this is the start of an overhaul of the polymer production process to make every step more environmentally friendly. As the EU Waste Shipment Regulation reaches the final stages of trilogue negotiations, RECHARGE, AVERE - The European Association for Electromobility & Eurometaux (European Metals Association) have issued an open letter to address the shipment barriers for end-of-life Lithium-ion batteries & their intermediate waste streams 🚧 Given the increasing need for Critical Raw Materials, removing obstacles to intra-EU recycling is key to enable circularity for the whole #battery value chain. Read the letter here: https://bit.ly/47fgIRS

Chemical Polyurethane recycling presented on the market and C02 calculations served more or less successfully todays markets and gives us all hope that they are step forward, all of them following liniar the basic idea and the solutions that we started to develop in 90's... This green understanding formed the new market and interpratations behind the sustainable, fossil, renewable and fast renewable. Most of the industrial leaders blame the politics but do they trust or affraid the green idea? Do the politics set the right value behind the recycling? Here is my answer! In year 2000 when the recycling was the market need, part of the idea was developped and part was robbed by economics or underestimated. Chemical recycling is a market today and it pushed all of the solutions infront of the wall and they transform the businesses, but How If they need the todays understanding behind Recycling, which is in my opinion different than those C02 sponsored and planed longterm investments. Good purpose of the recycling always has a level deeper, if most of the chairmans trust their transformation leaders and repeat the same liniar psth as in year 2000 this new part could be again unseen for years. How the chemical recycling will asure less market end applications change? Is it the Agglomaration a path or result? What if the industry has done it in years 2000, what stoped them to recycle in genera? What knowledge stoped most of PU factories to invest 20 years ago and where do they invest now?Why do you invest now? For what you prepare? Investing in something that exist is not a risk and just serve a basic developped idea which lose its value either behind money or ressorces in time. Let us vote, do u think all of those solutions are going to perform as we all expected and what if all of you somehow reach your goals and move forward to plan 2035..., what you will leave for the next generation, what legacy you will leave? Look at the consultancy I still offer, make the first step and support it. What else do you need as this unique experience but selfimprovement, that do not exist on the market. What is better investment than this, to invest in source and idea that do not exist? Is it not the only way to selfimprove? Its a call for all interested and are business chain inbetween Polyol producer to PU end market and post-consume waste management. Try the consultancy and challange your teams even you have it! #sustainable #polyurethane #recycling

As the demand for rechargeable batteries continues to rise, battery recycling has become a crucial process for environmental sustainability. One essential component in this process is the use of chemical storage tanks. Poly Processing’s chemical tanks are constructed with crosslinked polyethylene materials that are resistant to corrosion and leakage — ensuring that the harshest battery recycling chemicals are contained and that their integrity remains intact. https://hubs.la/Q02j0T5G0

How the plastics are broken down. The new process is very energy-efficient and can be easily powered by renewable energy in the future, unlike other heat-driven recycling processes like pyrolysis.🌎
