In this next episode of Inclusion Insights, I had the chance to talk with Clare Barclay, Chief Executive Officer, CVP Microsoft UK, about the importance of stepping outside our comfort zones to learn, the expansiveness of identities and cultures in the UK, and the optimism around AI’s potential for strengthening inclusion.   Something in particular that resonated with me was Clare’s insight on the value of small gestures—close listening, authentic conversations—in creating a ripple effect of positive change. Clare gives great advice on how we can be open to challenging ourselves and accounting for our own biases. As we all continue our individual journeys on inclusion, I invite you to reflect on how you might expand your learning through day-to-day actions. #InclusionInsights https://lnkd.in/geJx3CYa
