🤗 Since DZOPTICS was founded in 2013, we have experienced many firsts: our first production line, our first lens patent, our first lens brand, our first customized lens solution, our first business expansion into the consumer optics product line, the launch of our new sports optics products and our first participation in major trade shows, including the first exhibition and periphery of the event... These numerous firsts have made DZOPTICS what it is today. 😉 In 2024, we begin our era in sports optics. DZOPTICS now has a wealth of experience in participating in trade fairs and exhibitions and has met entrepreneurs and interesting personalities from all over the world. They are not only friends, but also partners. Last year we had a pink transparent laser bag as a trade fair gift, which was loved by many of our customers! 😎 That's why this year we decided to go one step further and offer a different experience for everyone! 😁 As the Automate 2024 trade fair is approaching, we decided to design a new DZOPTICS branded gift bag with olive green as the main color and Tyvek as the main material. 💡 It is well known that industrial lenses, as precision optical products, have extremely high requirements in terms of material selection. They need to withstand various harsh environments while ensuring a clear and stable image. The properties of Tyvek, such as its tear resistance and durability, are just as robust and long-lasting as our industrial lenses. The recyclable and environmentally friendly properties of Tyvek bags fit perfectly with DZOPTICS' commitment to sustainable development. Your inofficial guide to the Tire Technology Expo 🚀 We go to trade fairs to do business and to meet people. And we love trade show swag items. For one, because they might be useful, such as the obligatory trade fair ballpoint pens. Or maybe because they might qualify as a little present for the kids. Some trade fairs attract visitors just for the swag. At K-Fair in Düsseldorf you can get travel wall socket adapters, garden chairs, storage boxes and more, for free. And it was at K-Fair 2018 where I got my most useful trade show swag so far: A nice 3D-printed carbon black aggregate from Birla Carbon when I talked with Joseph Hallett. I also got some nice Raven plush toys for my twins. I love that little aggregate model, because with it, we can explan carbon black visually when talking colloidal properties, reinforcement and pigmentation. What is your best trade show gadget and why? On Tire Technology Expo, I found the wooden sunglasses from Black Donuts Engineering inc. quite fashionable and useful. I wonder what the team has in store this year? And, not quite a swag, but rather a treat. Some companies like Kraton Corporation and Orion S.A. have professionals baristas on the stand and serve superb coffee. These booths typically attract a lot of people. Many companies serve food, and some serve delicatessen. Zeppelin Group, for example, usually has an entire parmigiano cheese wheel along with finest Italian ham, dried meat and salami sausage. I really like that. New this year is a good representation of the recovered carbon black industry, with Contec S.A., Pyrum Innovations AG and Pyro One B.V., Reoil Sp. z o.o. and RCB Nanotechnologies GmbH. Isn’t this INSANE!! At the 2018 Fakuma Messe show in Germany, I witnessed something truly mind-blowing—a 72-cavity bottle cap mold running at a lightning-fast 2-second cycle time. 😳 This means that for each cycle of the machine, it produced 72 bottle caps. With a cycle time of 2 seconds, this translates to an astonishing production rate of 36 caps per second. 🤯 This level of precision and efficiency is a game-changer in the world of plastics processing.
