What does a high performing team look like? Yesterday we hosted the first 7people ✨ Event which was a GREAT SUCCESS✨ The key note speakers and workshop hosts were all incredible so shout-out to: Ingeborg van Harten, Koen Veltman, Molly Johnson-Jones, Jon Moore, Yves van Veen and of course Boom Chicago for closing the show!! Alongside all the great learnings from the AMAZING speakers it really hit home to me that the 7people ✨team is THE BEST. For me this picture sums up what it means to be in a high-performing team - in this picture we are celebrating our success BUT to get there we had to commit to the journey: - Trust: We knew that everyone had each others back; - Excellence: Delivering high quality was non-negotiable, so we had to accept critical feedback from each other along the way; - Autonomy: Everyone in the team completed the tasks assigned to them; - Mission: to deliver a sell-out event that delivers value to our guests... and we achieved it! 🌟 Sometimes I find it scary being a high-performing team, because we have big dreams, work hard, and have to challenge each other directly! But when we achieve our goals together its the best feeling ever 🦄🌈🦋
