Mc in Chile is a scam!!! I made a purchase two days ago through the app and after charging me and making me wait for my order they canceled it and there is still no money back!!! A total shame!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS ARE OUT OF SERVICE.

Arcos Dorados Pessima experiência no atendimento de vocês. Experiência lamentável de suporte ao consumidor. Faz 02 dias, que tento contato para reembolso de uma compra online, paga via pix, e que foi cancelada após 15 minutos de espera, sem nunhuma justificativa. Atendimento via plataforma WhatsApp, robotizado e que não possibilita, nenhuma interação humana. Rogerio Barreira Por favor, alguém do time de CX, pode entrar em contato comigo? Inadmissível em plena era digital, essa experiência de pós venda!!!
