🚀 Excited to share the success of a customer value add initiative I recently helped launch at Allstate! 🎉
With the support of our partners at Protective Life, Allstate Financial Services hosted our first-ever customer educational call on Tuesday, titled “The Brighter Side of Medicare.” This call featured the incredible keynote speaker, Diane Omdahl, co-founder of 65 Incorporated, an industry leader in unbiased Medicare education.
Here are some quick numbers that showcase the impact:
- 📈 1609 Registrations
- 👥 627 Unique Viewers (including 388 from non-Allstate/non-Protective email addresses)
- 🔥 548 Concurrent Attendees at the webinar’s peak
- 📝 67 Survey Responses, with 81% of respondents strongly agreeing that “Attending the webinar was time well spent”
I’m incredibly proud of our team’s hard work and the positive feedback from our attendees. This initiative is just the beginning, and I’m excited to see what we achieve next!
