It was a pleasure to present to the Frederick area Maryland Women's Business Center community last week. While I am passionate about the power of one-on-one coaching, Tony Robbins quote “The quality of a person’s life is most often a direct reflection of the expectations of their peer group,” is invaluable. Surrounding yourself with likeminded individuals will give you the community support needed to progress and elevate in any area. I like to remind myself and others on a regular basis that we didn’t get here alone and we certainly won’t get “there” alone. We are made to do things together. This is why my Balance In Action Community Wellness program is critical to success.
