Good list but not all Africans have an entitlement mentality and have little or no skills. As a leader, with your type of audience, you should know better the negative implications of that statement. African talents have been fighting to put an end to stigmas around narratives like this from the rest of the world. So a post like this coming from one of our own doesn't help our case. As someone who has hired and worked with people and businesses globally, I can tell you entitlement is an individual thing and doesn't have anything to do with a certain group of people not to talk of a whole continent. Anybody can be entitled. Some of the most talented and hardworking people I have had the pleasure of working with are Africans. This is a general statement: If you are not seeing enough talented and hard-working Africans to work with, then you must do something wrong. The worlds need to learn how to give Africans their flowers and people like you can help make that happen.
