Types of Construction Management Plans:Client-Delivered CMP: Maps out the entire project from inception to completion. Contractor-Focused CMP: Concentrates on construction work and execution. Area-Context CMP: Considers local rules and regulations where the project is located. Phases of a Construction Project: Initiation: Identify stakeholders, resources, and project budget. Planning: Set specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely goals. Define work activities and create a schedule. Execution: Assign tasks to contractor teams and oversee progress.
